Previously within the Apprentice (US) Time of year 12 Episode 6 “Party Being a Mock-Star”, The Celebrities hosting skills are put towards test when Mr. Trump tasks the teams with gaining a party to advertise Crystal Light. One team creates the final beach experience, complete with beach baseballs and bikini babes, while the other staff creates an exotic Yard of Eden. The executives have a difficult decision on their fingers, but one team on victorious and Donald Trump fire another celebrity.
On this weeks Episode title “Walking Papers, Parts 1 and 2″, The celebrities must create and sell a star guidebook about New York, with Regis Philbin knowing the products quality; after an elimination and changes are made to the teams, the contestants must generate an interactive health part.
The Apprentice is the greatest job interview, where Americans compete in a few rigorous business tasks, many of which contain prominent Fortune 500 corporations and require street smarts and also intelligence to conquer, in order to show Donald Trump, the boss, that they are the top candidate for his corporations.
In each episode, the losing team is sent to the boardroom, where Trump and his or her associates, Carolyn Kepcher and George Ross, and later, his children, Donald Trump, Jr., and Ivanka Trump, judge the job applicants on their performance in the process. One person is let go and sent home. Who will succeed? Who will fail? And who will really do the Apprentice?
The Apprentice is a fact television show with each season beginning with a gaggle of contestants vying to earn a spot in one of Donald Trumps organizations. The contestants (who are referred to as candidates) come from backgrounds in several enterprises, but typically include backgrounds in real estate investment, accounting, restaurant management, consulting management, sales, and marketing. During the show, these contestants live inside a communal penthouse, allowing their relationships to construct. The only exception however, was in the 6th season, when the show moved to Chicago; Teams had been split up, with the winning team moving into a mansion and the losing team using residence in tents situated in the mansions backyard. These candidates are inserted into teams, and each week are assigned a job and required to select a project manager for the job. The winning team receives an incentive, while the losing workforce faces a boardroom meeting so as to determine which team member must be fired and eliminated from your show.
Eliminations proceed in two stages. In the first point, the entire team is confronted by their loss in a boardroom meeting. The project manager is then asked to pick out up to either one particular, two, or three of their business friends who are believed to belong from the final boardroom meeting. In the second point, the rest of this team is dismissed, while the project manager and the selected members face any boardroom showdown where no less than one of the candidates will be fired and subsequently results in the show.
Trump reserves the right at times to do the subsequent: not allow the losing project manager to decide on who goes into the boardroom for just a final hearing, fire any candidate with no final boardroom session in the event theres enough information to be able to warrant so, and fire multiple people whenever they are found liable for an unsatisfactory performance.
